- You should not have any conditions that affect your muscles and nerves, like muscular dystrophy.You are not strong enough to use the eccentric training device, which requires a maximum strength of less than 725 lbs.You are currently doing strength training exercises 1-3 times a week.
- Group 1: Eccentric only training
- Group 2: Eccentric plus blood-flow restriction
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
