MFS Trial Summary

This trial will test whether a computer task can reduce harmful attitudes and behavior in soldiers, as well as intra-team conflict and improve trust and unit cohesion.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for soldiers assigned to the 1-128 IN BN / Wisconsin Army National Guard. It aims to see if a computer-based training can help reduce anger and hostility, improve trust, and strengthen team unity. Soldiers not in this unit are excluded.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study tests 'HBM Training' against a placebo version of the same computer task. Participants will be randomly placed into one of these two groups and will complete surveys before, during, and after deployment to measure effectiveness.See study design
What are the potential side effects?
Since this is a psychological training program rather than a medical intervention, traditional side effects like those seen with medications are not expected; however, participants may experience varying psychological responses.
