"This trial intends to assess the efficacy of its intervention by tracking adherence and beliefs about medications, along with patient quality-of-life over a period of three months and then again at twelve. To measure these concepts accurately, it will employ two psychometric questionnaires; the Beliefs of Medicine Questionnaire (BMQ) which includes 18 subscales scored on a 5 point Likert scale and the Short Form 12 (SF-12), also rated on a similar scale.
