This trial is for English-speaking employees who have unhealthy eating habits and are not pregnant, on a healthy diet, or from the same household as another participant. They must be able to make dietary changes without being hindered by acute or chronic medical conditions, significant visual or hearing impairments.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study aims to see if personalized nutrition education can improve eating habits. Participants will receive easy-to-read written materials and a personalized video about reducing fat intake while increasing fruits, vegetables, and fiber in their diets.See study design

Dietary assessment by modified Family Habits Questionnaire (FHQ), FVFQ, and Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) at baseline, 4 months, and 8 months
Secondary outcome measures
Mediators and moderators of behavioral change by adapted scales for stage of change, self-efficacy, barriers, and facilitators at baseline, 4 months, and 8 months
