- Your kidney function is too low, measured by a specific calculation.You are between 18 and 85 years old.You have been hospitalized more than once in the past year due to very high blood pressure.You have had a bad reaction to Minocycline or other tetracycline medicines.You have a history of alcoholism or drug abuse.You have experienced a drop in blood pressure when standing up more than once.You have a serious illness like cancer, HIV, or AIDS at the same time as this study.You are currently taking three or more different types of blood pressure medications, including a water pill, and have not changed your medication for at least two months before the screening. You are expected to keep taking the same medications for at least three months.
- Group 1: Minocycline Dose Escalation
- Drug Has Already Been Approved - The FDA has already approved this drug, and is just seeking more data.
