Youth Mindful Awareness Program (YMAP) for Mindfulness (YMAP Trial)
YMAP Trial Summary
This trial will compare how well a mindfulness intervention delivered through an app works for adolescents, compared to no intervention at all. The primary outcome measure will be how the adolescents report their affect ( emotions) after the intervention, as measured by ecological momentary assessment. One hundred and twenty young people will be in the study.
