What results is this study aiming to achieve?

"The primary assessment of this clinical trial is the alteration in energy intake between rest and exercise conditions (in kcal/d) at least one week after baseline evaluation, but no later than 2 months. Secondary endpoints are changes to appetite sensation scores during experimentation and between conditions; a hunger-satiety Visual Analogue Scale score from 0-100mm measured before/after exercise, fasting or post meal; blood IL-6 concentration alterations throughout testing; as well as fluctuations observed for ghrelin when evaluated via ELISA kits specific to the peptide."
