Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a known addiction to drugs or alcohol that is not being treated.For example, you are in a violent relationship.You have significant symptoms of PTSD.You have had serious suicidal or homicidal thoughts or actions that required emergency attention within the last three months.You have a mental condition that would make it difficult for you to follow the treatment plan.You have a medical condition that prevents you from exercising, such as being pregnant.You cannot participate if you are currently enrolled in any other treatment that focuses on treating PTSD symptoms or any meditative or mind-body intervention.You have not practiced yoga more than once a month in the last 6 months.You have severe mental health conditions like bipolar disorder or psychotic disorders that can affect your ability to participate in the study.You have experienced repeated traumatic events.

- Group 2: Supportive exercise
