This trial will study the effect of reducing the nicotine in cigarettes and making e-cigarettes available in either one flavor or multiple flavors on daily smokers with current ADs.

- You have been diagnosed with a mood disorder.You do not have a mood disorder.
- Group 1: RC 2 + EC 1
- Group 2: RC 2 only
- Group 3: RC 1 only
- Group 4: RC 2 + EC 2
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
