What is the purpose of this trial?

The main purpose of this study is to see how orforglipron, compared with placebo, helps reduce body weight in participants with obesity or with overweight and at least one other related health condition (excluding type 2 diabetes). This trial is part of the master protocol study J2A-MC-GZPO. Participation in the study will last about 18 months.

Eligibility Criteria

This trial is for individuals who are overweight or have obesity, along with another weight-related health issue (but not type 2 diabetes). Participants will be involved in the study for about 18 months.

Inclusion Criteria

Have a history of at least one unsuccessful dietary effort to lose body weight

My BMI is over 25 and I have a weight-related health issue like high blood pressure or heart disease.

Exclusion Criteria

I have diabetes.

I have hepatitis or pancreatitis.

I am using medication or remedies for weight loss.

Screening

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial

Participants receive orforglipron or placebo orally to assess weight reduction
