Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have had a blood clot in your lungs or deep veins in the past.You have not received treatment with cabozantinib before.You have had a stroke within the last 6 months.You currently have a stomach or intestinal condition that is causing symptoms like ulcers, inflammation, or infections.You have had a serious problem with your stomach or intestines, such as a hole, blockage, or infection, within the past six months.You have recently had a feeding tube inserted or have a tumor that is affecting your ability to swallow or breathe.You have other important health conditions that could impact your ability to participate in the study.You have a severe wound, ulcer, or broken bone that is not healing properly.You have had an organ transplant in the past.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Metastatic or Unresectable PNET
- Group 2: Metastatic or Unresectable Carcinoid
