This trial is studying whether two medications, an SSRI and an atypical antipsychotic, are effective in treating repetitive behavior disorders in people with mental retardation.

- I haven't had a seizure in the last 4 months, even if I'm on medication.I have been diagnosed with tardive dyskinesia.I have heart, liver, or kidney problems.I can walk on my own without help.I have high blood pressure.You have a condition that affects your ability to learn and understand things.You often repeat the same behaviors and may hurt yourself or feel like you have to do certain things over and over.You have had a bad reaction to ergot alkaloids in the past.I experience a strong urge to move or restlessness.You are in overall poor health.I have not taken any antipsychotic drugs in the last 6 months.I do not have any loss of feeling.
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Pivotal Trial - The final step before approval, pivotal trials feature drugs that have already shown basic safety & efficacy.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
