- You have a bleeding disorder or have taken blood thinners in the past 3 weeks, making it unsafe for you to receive an injection in your muscle.You or someone in your family has had Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) in the past.You have a history of significant developmental delays, neurological disorders, or seizures.

- Group 2: RIV4 cohort
