- You have been diagnosed with either cystic fibrosis (CF) or non-CF bronchiectasis.You are able to breathe out a certain amount of air in one second.You have had tuberculosis or non-tuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) infection in the past.You have had a BCG vaccination in the past.You have had a severe allergic reaction to a vaccine or its ingredients in the past.You have had an organ or bone marrow transplant, or have a condition that weakens your immune system, like HIV.You have taken strong immune-suppressing drugs, like oral corticosteroids, in the month before the study.You have liver disease with high blood pressure in the liver.
- Group 1: Cystic Fibrosis
- Group 2: Non Cystic Fibrosis Bronchiectasis
- Group 3: Healthy Volunteer
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
