Study Summary

This trial is testing whether naltrexone or varenicline can help people with AUD who are motivated to change their drinking. 108 people will be randomly assigned to receive naltrexone, varenicline, or a placebo, and then asked to complete an alcohol cue-reactivity paradigm and a 7-day practice quit attempt.
