Carboplatin AUC 6 plus Paclitaxel 175 mg/m2 q 21 days for 3 cycles followed by Volume-directed radiation therapy followed by Carboplatin AUC 5 or 6 plus Paclitaxel 175 mg/m2 q 21 days for 3 cycles
