This trial will evaluate the effects of a weight-bearing exercise program and high-calcium diet on bone development in adolescent girls.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for adolescent girls in the earliest stage of puberty who have not yet started developing secondary sexual characteristics. They should be generally healthy, without lactose intolerance or milk allergies, and not overweight. Girls already doing significant exercise like dance or sports more than twice a week are excluded.Check my eligibility
