Study Summary
This trial will study the side effects of filgrastim, cladribine, cytarabine, and mitoxantrone given with sorafenib, and to find the best dose of these drugs to treat patients with newly-diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia or high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome.
