This trial will test if an intervention can reduce stress and depression for caregivers of those with Alzheimer's or dementia.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for adults over 18 who care for someone with Alzheimer's or related dementia, can use a smartphone or tablet with internet, and spend at least 8 hours a week in their caregiving role. They should plan to stay local for six months. Those with severe health issues or caring for someone expected to live less than six months cannot join.Check my eligibility
