This trial requires 1000 total participants across 2 different treatment groups

This trial involves 2 different treatments. Treatment is the primary treatment being studied. Participants will all receive the same treatment. There is no placebo group. The treatments being tested are in Phase 2 & 3 and have had some early promising results.

Intervention group: PWG 2.0
Serious illness medical planning plus the novel e-health platform designed to help people more broadly think and plan ahead
Control Group: (PWG 1.0)
Those randomized to PWG 1.0 would have already completed their serious illness medical planning. Further involvement in the trial will be solely for the purposes of the outcome data collection
