FTT+ Trial Summary
This trial is designed to evaluate an online, parent-based intervention called Families Talking Together Plus (FTT+), which is medically accurate, culturally tailored, and age-appropriate. The intervention is delivered by community health workers (CHWs) as "Life Opportunity Coaches."

- I am not between the ages of 12 and 17.I am not Latino or Black.The study is only available to teenagers who identify as Latino or Black.I am between 12 and 17 years old.You live in the Mott Haven area of the South Bronx.I am an adolescent with a primary caregiver.
- Group 1: Sex Education + Standard Care
- Group 2: No Education + Standard Care
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
