Mindful Walking for Sedentary Lifestyle
Study Summary
This trial is examining whether mindfulness-based interventions can help increase physical activity among adults who don't get much exercise. 160 people will be randomly assigned to either an intervention group or a control group, with the intervention group receiving eight sessions of 60-minute mindful walking training spread out over four weeks. Data will be collected at the start of the trial, after four weeks, and after eight weeks to see if there is a difference between the two groups.
