The intervention will investigate a multi modal outpatient physical activity program incorporating both strength training utilizing resistance bands, as well as an aerobic activity based on hip-hop dancing.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a history of fainting.You have a medical condition that makes it unsafe for you to participate in physical activity.You have unstable blood pressure or heart rate.You have received a type of stem cell transplant called allogeneic stem cell transplant.You have had a heart attack or undergone heart procedures like angioplasty or stenting in the past 6 months before starting chemotherapy.You have a heart or lung condition.You have a recent or current inflammation of the heart, the lining around the heart, or the heart valves.You have confusion or memory problems.You started a new exercise program in the past 3 months.You have a suspected condition called a dissecting aneurysm.You have severe heart failure, as defined by the New York Heart Association functional classification system.You have had cancer that has come back after treatment.You have irregular heartbeats that are not under control.You have a health condition that can make it hard for you to exercise or might get worse with physical activity.
