- I am a parent/guardian of a child under 18.My child is between 4 and 8 years old.You have food allergies that would make it unsafe for you to participate in the study (if you are a child).You eat food from restaurants at least once a week.I am 18 years old or older.
- Group 1: Generic placemats and frequent diner cards
- Group 2: Placemats and frequent diner cards promoting healthier meals
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
