Study Summary

This trial will test the effects of two different behavior change strategies on older adults' physical activity. One group will receive no specific behavior change strategies, one group will receive interpersonal behavior change strategies, one group will receive intrapersonal behavior change strategies, and one group will receive both interpersonal and intrapersonal behavior change strategies.
