Inclusion Criteria

I am male or a female who cannot become pregnant.
* Healthy as determined by medical history, physical examination, vital signs, 12-lead ECG, and clinical laboratory assessments.
I am between 18 and 55 years old and my BMI is between 18.0 and 32.0.
