Who is the study for?
This trial is for African American or Black individuals aged 55 and older who speak English, have a BMI of 25 or more, and are at risk for heart disease but still have normal cognition. They must not be on a clinician-prescribed diet, should have internet access, controlled blood pressure, no neurological diseases affecting the mind, and no other conditions that could worsen with dietary changes.Check my eligibility
