"This clinical trial is designed to measure changes in healthy brain aging behaviour, which will be monitored through the HAAE at baseline and post-test intervals (appr. 2 months) and follow-up (appr. one year). Additionally, wearable sensors will be used for objective behavioural change detection. The NIH Toolbox surveys are employed to assess psychological wellbeing by measuring positive affect, general life satisfaction, and meaning/purpose; social wellbeing including emotional support, friendship, instrumental support etc.; as well as physical capability via a composite score from gait speed tests etc.."
