CS-1000 Trial Summary

This trial is testing whether autologous (self) fat-derived stem cells can be used to improve breast shape and volume in women who have undergone breast cancer treatment. Patients will have liposuction to remove fat, which will then be processed to isolate stem cells. These cells will be labeled with CS-1000 and injected into the breast area. Patients will be monitored with MRI scans over a period of 18 months to track the cells and study the outcomes.

Breast cancer patients with RIF will undergo liposuction, the autologous SVF cell fraction will be isolated and labeled with CS-1000 in the operating room without entering cell culture, which will then be returned to the patient at the site of breast grafting.
