Alpha Lipoic Acid will be administered as two 300 mg capsules taken once daily CoQ-10 will be administered as two 200mg capsules daily.

This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You are allergic to the study drugs or any of the substances they contain.You are currently taking insulin, levothyroxine, or chemotherapy drugs.You have been diagnosed with problems related to your balance and coordination.

- Group 2: Nutritional Supplements Group

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
