- I am between 18 and 100 years old.I have had sinus inflammation for over 12 weeks with at least two symptoms like blocked nose, runny nose, facial pain, or loss of smell.I haven't taken steroids or certain immune system medicines in the last 2 weeks.My condition is not due to facial injuries or tumors in my nasal passages.You have nasal polyps found in a sinus CT scan or endoscopic exam.I am 18 years old or older.My sinus issues are confirmed by a CT scan or an endoscopic exam.
- Group 1: Omalizumab
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

Furthermore, all potential participants must give written consent via an Institutional Review Board approved document before being enrolled in the study."
