      This phase III trial evaluates whether a web-based intervention called Current Together after Cancer (CTAC) works to increase the number of patients with surgically removed (resected) colorectal cancer who receive surveillance care that aligns with current guidelines (guideline-concordant). Surveillance care after resection of colorectal cancer is critical to detect potentially curable return of disease (recurrence), yet up to 60% of colorectal cancer survivors fail to receive surveillance. This may be due to a lack of knowledge about the purpose of surveillance care and the risks of cancer recurrence, or a lack of confidence for managing surveillance care. The CTAC intervention is an online education intervention designed to improve patients' knowledge about surveillance and their self-efficacy for managing surveillance, and to promote effective communication with supporters and supporter engagement in patients' surveillance in a way that is aligned with each patient's preferences. By increasing a patient's knowledge, self-efficacy, and satisfaction with their supporter's engagement in their care, the CTAC intervention may increase the number of patients who receive guideline-concordant surveillance care after resection of colorectal cancer.

      This functional magnetic-resonance imaging study of the brain will feature a within-subject crossover design to investigate the effects of a placebo cream on painful thermal stimulation rendered upon eight body sites.       Improved Perioperative Preventive Measures for Surgical Site Infections

      Surgical site infections (SSIs) are associated with increased patient morbidity, mortality, and healthcare costs. ESKAPE (Enterococcus, S. aureus, Klebsiella, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas, and Enterobacter spp.) pathogens are particularly pathogenic because they have increased capacity to acquire resistance and virulence traits. The investigators have proven that a multifaceted program involving improved basic perioperative preventive measures can generate substantial reductions in S. aureus transmission and significant reductions in SSIs (88% reduction as compared to usual care). In this study, the investigators aim to examine the relative effectiveness of each component of this program in controlling ESKAPE transmission and reducing SSIs and to identify an optimal implementation strategy for national dissemination. Randomization occurs at the site level, and sites adopt preventative programs. This work will improve perioperative patient safety for the 51 million patients who undergo surgery each year.

      There are two parts to this study. It is a phase 1b followed by a randomized phase 2 study to assess whether adding 3 years of adjuvant tetrathiomolybdate (TM) to standard 6 months treatment of adjuvant capecitabine and pembrolizumab in high risk for relapse triple negative breast cancer. In the phase 1b part of the study, TM is added to adjuvant capecitabine and pembrolizumab in high risk for relapse triple negative breast cancer (RCB 2, 3, risk for relapse \>60% at 5 years) after completion of neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy and surgery to establish the safety of the combination. This will be followed by a randomized phase 2 clinical trial of adjuvant TM and capecitabine vs capecitabine alone. If pembrolizumab was administered in the neoadjuvant setting, it may be continued in the adjuvant setting per investigator discretion.

      BDTX-1535-101 is an open-label, Phase 1 dose escalation and Phase 2 multiple cohort study designed to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), optimal dosage, central nervous system (CNS) activity, and antitumor activity of silevertinib (BDTX-1535).       Peposertib + Radiation Therapy for Pancreatic Cancer

      This phase I/II trial studies the safety, side effects and best dose of M3814 and to see how well it works when given together with radiation therapy in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced). M3814 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumor cells and have fewer side effects. Giving M3814 and hypofractionated radiation therapy together may be safe, tolerable and/or more effective than radiation therapy alone in treating patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer.

      This phase I/II trial studies the best dose of M3814 when given together with radium-223 dichloride or with radium-223 dichloride and avelumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with castrate-resistant prostate cancer that had spread to other places in the body (metastatic). M3814 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Radioactive drugs, such as radium-223 dichloride, may carry radiation directly to tumor cells and not harm normal cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as avelumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This study is being done to find out the better treatment between radium-223 dichloride alone, radium-223 dichloride in combination with M3814, or radium-223 dichloride in combination with both M3814 and avelumab, to lower the chance of prostate cancer growing or spreading in the bone, and if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for advanced prostate cancer not responsive to hormonal therapy.

      This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of tazemetostat and how well it works when given together with pembrolizumab in treating patients with urothelial carcinoma that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced ) or from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic).       Venetoclax + Vincristine for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

      This phase Ib/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of venetoclax and how well it works when given together with vincristine in treating patients with T-cell or B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Venetoclax may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Chemotherapy drugs, such as vincristine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving venetoclax together with vincristine may work better in treating patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia compared to vincristine alone.

      R-ICE + Lenalidomide for Refractory Large B-Cell Lymphoma

      This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide when given together with rituximab-ifosfamide-carboplatin-etoposide (R-ICE) and to see how well they work in treating patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement (relapsed) and that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide, and lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving lenalidomide with R-ICE may be a better treatment for patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
