The main purpose of this study is to demonstrate that when participants with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis and obesity or overweight in the presence of at least 1 weight-related comorbid condition receive ixekizumab and tirzepatide concomitantly administered, participants see improvement in their psoriasis and achieve weight reduction compared to when receiving ixekizumab.

Epidemiological evidence indicates that obesity may transmitted across multiple generations. The current study seeks to: 1) evaluate the extent to which mothers and other important caregivers affect their mothers' parenting; 2) examine whether an intervention aimed at improving diet quality and enhancing responsive feeding to improves parental responsivity and feeding behavior and infants' weight trajectories over time; 3) examine the effects of early life feeding and caregiver sensitivity on health and development; and 4) examine feasibility of food distribution along with the feeding intervention.

Orforglipron for Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Study GZRA is a master protocol that will support 2 independent studies, GZ01 and GZ02. Participants will be assigned to the appropriate study prior to randomization. The purpose of the studies is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of orforglipron in participants who have moderate-to-severe OSA and obesity or overweight. This study will look at how well CagriSema helps people living with obesity to lose weight and maintain the weight loss long-term. The study has 2 parts: The first part is called 'the main study' and the second part is called 'the extension study'. In the main study participants will either get CagriSema (a study medicine) or placebo (a dummy medicine that looks like CagriSema but has no active ingredient). Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participants are two times more likely to get CagriSema than placebo. This study will look at how well CagriSema and cagrilintide help children and adolescents with excess body weight lose weight. The study has 2 parts: main and extension study. In the main study, participants will either get CagriSema (a new study drug), cagrilintide (a new study drug), semaglutide (a drug that doctors can already prescribe to adolescents and adults) or placebo (a placebo looks like the treatment being tested, but doesn't have any active ingredients in it). Which treatment participants will get is decided by chance. Participants who get semaglutide in the main study will not take part in the extension study. The goal of the study is to assess how tirzepatide impacts bodyweight and cardiovascular risk factors when used in conjunction with healthy nutrition and physical activity in adolescents with obesity and multiple weight related comorbidities.
