This is a multi-center prospective rater-masked (blinded) randomized controlled trial of 156 participants, comparing the treatment strategy of Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (AHSCT) to the treatment strategy of Best Available Therapy (BAT) for treatment-resistant relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants will be randomized at a 1 to 1 (1:1) ratio.
All participants will be followed for 72 months after randomization (Day 0, Visit 0).

The DELIVER-MS study seeks to answer the question: Does early treatment with highly effective DMT improve the prognosis for people with MS? This study will evaluate the impact of ofatumumab in Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS) participants that are very early in the course of their disease using clinical and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) outcomes. The study will also assess changes in disease using monitoring techniques including digital biometric device use, biomarker analysis and non-conventional MRI. Select outcomes in the ofatumumab treated group will be compared to a group of Healthy participants to determine if there are similarities between the groups after the patients with MS undergo treatment with ofatumumab.

Neurogenic overactive bladder (NOAB), characterized by urinary frequency, urgency or urgency incontinence symptoms occurring during the storage phase of the bladder, is the most common urinary complaint in multiple sclerosis (MS). Current management options for NOAB in MS have limited efficacy and considerable adverse effects, which underscores the significance of this study and highlights the need for better, less invasive therapies. This novel study investigates brain therapeutic targets that could shift the focus of NOAB management in MS from a bladder-centric focus to brain restoration; specifically modulating the brain regions identified in the prior functional magnetic resonance imagining studies. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is a noninvasive brain stimulation that can modulate neurons (excite or inhibit) to improve the connectivity of the regions of interest (ROI). The preliminary data demonstrate, for the first time, significant improvement in bladder symptoms in ten women with MS who have voiding dysfunction following multifocal transcranial magnetic stimulation without any treatment-related adverse effects.
This randomized double-blind, sham-controlled single center clinical trial with an optional open-label extension (OLE) phase is designed to evaluate the effects of targeted rTMS in women with MS and NOAB by investigating restorative reorganization of brain function The main purpose of this study is to determine the effects of individualized repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) for improving overactive bladder symptoms such as urinary frequency and urgency with or without incontinence in individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS). Patients will undergo initial screening that includes a demographics information, physical exam, past medical and surgical history, medication list, urine pregnancy test (female subjects with childbearing potential), and completion of questionnaires to confirm the eligibility of patients. All eligible patients will be required to complete a functional MRI scan followed by locating the regions of interest through neural navigation system and finally receiving 10 treatment sessions.
Since this is a randomized trial, some patients will receive active treatment/ therapy sessions while others will only receive sham or placebo treatments. The total duration to complete all treatment sessions and follow up visits is approximately 4-5 months.

Wheelchair Exercise Training for Multiple Sclerosis

The goal of this randomized controlled clinical trial is to examine the feasibility and initial efficacy of undertaking and delivering a novel, stakeholder-informed exercise training program for wheelchair users with multiple sclerosis. The main questions it aims to answer are:
* Is the study feasible as measured by participant recruitment (24 participants total), retention (80%), and safety (adverse events)?
* Is the study acceptable as measured by participant satisfaction and perceptions using an evaluation survey and semi-structured interviews?
* Is there significant change in following the 16-week study in metabolic health outcomes, MS symptoms, and exercise behavior change? Participants will be randomized to complete the 16-week SPIN exercise training program or WellMS attention/contact wellness program.
Researchers will compare the SPIN and WellMS groups to determine if there is a significant difference in metabolic health outcomes, MS symptoms, and exercise behavior change.

ATP128 + VSV-GP128 + BI 754091 for Colorectal Cancer

This is a multi-center, non-randomised Phase 1b study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ATP128 alone or in combination with BI 754091 and of heterologous prime-boost ATP128 + VSV-GP128 in combination with BI 754091.
ATP128 is a self-adjuvanted chimeric recombinant protein vaccine being developed in combination with programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) blockade for the treatment of microsatellite stable (MSS) patients not responding to PD-1 blockade. The PD-1 inhibitor being tested with ATP128 is the BI 754091 (Ezabenlimab) compound which belongs to the human immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) subclass of antibodies.
VSV-GP is a recombinant chimeric vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV, Indiana strain Rhabdoviridae) which carries the envelope glycoprotein (GP) of the visceral non neurotropic WE-HPI strain of the Lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV, Arenaviridae) instead of the native VSV glycoprotein (G) and is developed as integral part of the prime-boost regimen together with ATP128.
The Sponsor plans to enrol 96 patients with histologically or cytologically confirmed stage IV colorectal cancer coming form three different patient populations:
* Cohort 1a: 6 patients with stage IV colorectal cancer (CRC) having failed standard of care (SoC) therapies
* Cohorts 1b, 2a, 2c: 30 patients with stage IV microsatellite stable/mismatch repair-proficient (MSS/MMRp) CRC being in stable disease (SD) or partial response (PR) after first line of SoC (4-6 months duration at minimum)
* Cohorts 2b, 4b: 30 patients with stage IV MSS/MMRp liver-limited disease
Patients eligible for this study will be enrolled in one of the 8 cohorts depending on their disease:
* Patients in Cohort 1a will receive ATP128 as single agent
* Patients in Cohorts 1b, 2a, 2b, 2c will receive ATP128 in combination with BI 754091
* Patients in Cohorts 3, 4a, 4b will receive ATP128 and VSV-GP128 in combination with BI 754091
