Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is usually treated with antidepressant therapy (ADT); however, sometimes ADTs alone are not enough to adequately treat GAD. The purpose of this study is to assess how safe and effective ABBV-932 is when added to the antidepressant therapies in adult participants with GAD who have had an inadequate response ADTs. ABBV-932 is an investigational drug being developed for the adjunctive treatment of GAD. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive ABBV-932 or Placebo in addition to their currently prescribed ADTs. There is 1 in 3 chance of participants assigned to Placebo. Approximately 315 adult participants with GAD and inadequate response to ADTs will be enrolled in approximately 50 sites in the United States and Puerto Rico. Participants will receive oral capsules of ABBV-932 or matching placebo in addition to their prescribed ADT for 6 weeks and then will be followed for an additional 4 week follow-up period. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

Exposure-based cognitive behavior therapy is an efficacious treatment for speech anxiety and has been delivered effectively in a virtual reality (VR) environment. The present multicenter study (conducted through the Exposure Therapy Consortium) is designed to evaluate whether trait versus state positive affectivity is a more effective predictor of exposure therapy outcomes. This project addresses the disproportionate morbidity and mortality associated with mental and behavioral health problems in American Indian and Alaska Native communities. Access to culturally competent and effective behavioral health services is limited in many of these communities. The investigators aim to address this gap by testing the effectiveness of a trans-diagnostic secondary prevention program, Family Spirit Strengths (FSS) that can be embedded within home visiting services. The FSS program is a skills-based program that incorporates elements of evidence-based practice, the Common Elements Treatment Approach (CETA), and materials informed and developed based on an Indigenous advisory group. The FSS program aims to help participants build self-efficacy and coping skills, as well as build stronger connections to others, the participants' community, and cultural resources. The investigators will use a randomized controlled trial, whereby half of the participants will receive FSS and the other half will receive an evidence-based nutrition education program. The investigators' study is grounded in participatory processes and led by a team of Indigenous and allied researchers.

This study will identify components for inclusion in a coping intervention package to reduce mental health problems among children exposed to high interparental conflict after parental separation/divorce. Reappraisal, distraction, and relaxation coping strategies are related to fewer mental health problems among children, making intervention components based on these strategies key candidates for inclusion in an optimized coping intervention. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if drug ABC works to treat severe asthma in adults. It will also learn about the safety of drug ABC. The main questions it aims to answer are: Will a marijuana-based drug help anxiety in autistic adults? Anxiety can make socializing and working more difficult for people. Researchers will compare a marijuana based drug (that is mostly CBD with a small amount of THC) to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if the drug makes symptoms of anxiety better. Participants will take the drug (or a placebo) every day for 8 weeks and keep a diary to record the time they took the drug, and their feelings each day. The drug is taken orally in drops once or twice a day. The study staff will speak to the participants weekly either over the phone or in the clinic. Clinic visits once every 2 weeks for checkups and tests. The researchers will make sure participants are healthy and see if there are any changes in anxiety.
