What are the potential side effects?
Since this trial involves educational interventions rather than medical treatments, there are no direct physical side effects. However, changes in classroom dynamics or unforeseen reactions from students or teachers could occur.

What outcomes are being sought from this experimental investigation?

"The principal metric of this trial, which will be measured across the second year of participant involvement, is school safety and climate with regards to aggression. Secondary objectives include gauging teacher-student connectedness through surveys employing MDS3 School Climate scales; assessing victimisation by bullying as well as positive bystander behaviours via ASSIST's observations in addition to self-reported accounts; and examining teachers' sense of efficacy/exhaustion alongside behaviour management confidence."
