This trial will study whether virtual reality (VR) can help reduce pain, stress, and anxiety in children undergoing outpatient orthopedic procedures such as percutaneous pins removal and sutures.

Group I: Virtual Reality DistractionExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
The child will visualize and interact with the virtual environment using an Oculus Quest® head-mounted device throughout the pin removal procedure and/or removal of sutures.
Group II: Passive DistractionActive Control1 Intervention
The child will watch a video on an iPad® during the pin removal procedure and/or removal of sutures.
