This trial will test if a new "health education theater" can help people learn and follow physical activity and diet/nutrition guidelines, and improve their quality of life and well-being.
Who is the study for?
This trial is for UC Davis students enrolled in the 'Health Education Theater' course during Spring Quarter 2019. Participants must be able to consent and commit to the project's health guidelines, with absences not exceeding three days plus standard policy.
