What is the purpose of this trial?
The purpose of this research study is to determine if the cold-induced change in fat burning during exercise is different between females and males.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
This trial is for adults aged 18-40 who exercise regularly, have had stable weight for the past 6 months, and can communicate clearly in English. Participants must avoid caffeine and alcohol before visits.Inclusion Criteria

Trial Overview
The study compares how exercising in cold versus room temperature affects fat burning differently in men and women. Each participant will do exercise tests under both conditions.
