Study Summary

This trial is studying a dendritic cell DKK1 vaccine to treat myeloma. Dendritic cells are collected from the patient's blood and mixed with DKK1, a molecule found on myeloma cells. 5-10x106 DKK1 loaded dendritic cells. Three doses will be given two weeks apart, followed by 11 months of observations.
