What You Need to Know Before You Apply
What is the purpose of this trial?
This study is testing a program called ThriveCircle, which brings small groups of faculty members together to talk about their work experiences, support one another, and build a stronger sense of community. These groups meet over shared meals and use guided conversations to help reduce burnout and improve well-being among clinicians and scientists.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
This trial is for faculty members at CU SOM who are at least 18 years old, speak English, and can consent to participate. They must be willing to join in-person ThriveCircle group sessions with shared meals and have a ≥0.5 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) appointment.Inclusion Criteria
Timeline for a Trial Participant
Screening
Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial
Intervention
Participants engage in six structured small-group sessions over six months, focusing on well-being, professional identity, and collegial connection.
Follow-up
Participants are monitored for changes in well-being and professional fulfillment after the intervention.
