"The primary aim of this study, with an evaluation period spanning about 4 months, is to enroll participants. Secondary objectives encompass measuring stress levels through the Perceived Stress Scale-10 where scores can fall between 0 and 40 indicating varying degrees of perceived stress; evaluating emotion regulation using the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale - Short Form which employs a 5-point Likert scale to gauge challenges in managing emotions; and assessing quality of life utilizing the Multiple sclerosis Impact Scale (MSIS-29) on a Likert scale from 1 to 5 for each item with higher cumulative scores reflecting more pronounced disability."
