What is the purpose of this trial?

Adapt the Regulation of Cues (ROC) treatment program for Latinas to see if it can treat prediabetes and prevent developing of Type 2 Diabetes and reduce weight.

Inclusion Criteria

I can read and understand Spanish or English at a 5th grade level.
* Physician approval to participate
* BMI 30-45 kg/m2

Timeline for a Trial Participant

Screening

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial

2-4 weeks

Treatment

Participants undergo the Regulation of Cues (ROC) treatment program, which includes appetite awareness training and cue-exposure treatment

16 weeks
14 sessions

Follow-up

Participants are monitored for safety and effectiveness after treatment

4 weeks
