What is the purpose of this trial?

The goal of this observational study is to learn about the acute effects of dry needling the soleus muscle in individuals with limited ankle mobility

Inclusion Criteria

My ankle dorsiflexion is 35° or less on one or both sides.

Screening

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial

Intervention

Participants undergo dry needling of the soleus muscle

1 visit (in-person)

Follow-up

Participants are monitored for acute effects on biomechanics and muscle function
