What You Need to Know Before You Apply

What is the purpose of this trial?

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of aleniglipron at doses up to 240 mg once daily (QD) in participants with T2DM who are living with obesity (body mass index \[BMI\] ≥ 30 kg/m2) or overweight (BMI ≥ 27 kg/m2).

Inclusion Criteria

Have a BMI ≥27.0 kg/m2
Signed Informed Consent
I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for 6 months or more.

Exclusion Criteria

I have lost or gained more than 11 pounds in the last 3 months.
I have had or am planning to have surgery for obesity, not including liposuction or tummy tuck if done over a year ago.
I am being treated for eye problems due to diabetes and have had an eye exam in the last year.

Screening
