The objective of this study is to compare the safety and efficacy of RGN-259 to placebo for the treatment of Neurotrophic Keratopathy (NK)

5-Fluorouracil Injection

This trial compares different treatments for eyelid lumps called chalazia. The treatments include medicine injections or minor surgery.
