The goal of this clinical trial is to define a safe and effective dose of CRB-701 for participants with solid tumors that are expressing a protein called nectin-4. The main questions it aims to answer are: What is the the safe and effective dose of CRB-701 when used alone? What cancers can be treated effectively with CRB-701? Participants will be asked to attend clinic and be given a intravenous infusion of CRB-701 on its own. They will have blood tests and other assessments to measure whether CRB-701 will have CT or MRI scans to measure the effect on tumors.

The main aim of this study is to learn if TAK-279 reduces bowel inflammation and symptoms compared to placebo. Another aim is to compare any medical problems that participants have when they take TAK-279 or placebo and how well the participants tolerate any problems. Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting condition causing inflammation that can affect any part of the gut. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TAK-279 versus placebo in participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD). The main aim of this study is to learn if the 3 different doses of TAK-279 reduce bowel inflammation and ulcers in the bowel compared to the placebo after 12 weeks of treatment. Another aim is to compare any medical problems that participants have when they take TAK-279 or placebo and how well the participants tolerate medical problems. An endoscopy will be used to check the bowel for inflammation. The participants will be treated with TAK-279 for 52 weeks (1 year). During the study, participants will visit their study clinic 15 times.

This Phase 2 study is a two-stage, serial cohort dose escalation and expansion study of a single 30-minute (IV) infusion of HBI-3000 for the conversion of patients with recent-onset atrial fibrillation (AF). Stage A is open label and all patients will receive HBI-3000. In each of three dose cohorts, up to 10 patients will receive HBI-3000 by IV infusion (30 minutes). Three different dose levels are planned to be administered serially, lowest to highest, with assessment of safety, tolerability, and efficacy prior to proceeding to the next dose level group. Following Stage A, the iDMC will recommend up to two doses of HBI-3000 to be further explored in Stage B. Stage B is a serial, randomized, double-blind and placebo-controlled cohort of two different doses of HBI-3000, with a dose decision after the first cohort. Stage B will be powered to show a difference between HBI-3000 and placebo in conversion rate at each of the two dose levels.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a skin condition that may cause a rash and itching due to inflammation of the skin. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of single therapies and/or combination therapies for moderate to severe AD through multiple substudies. This study will consist of multiple sub-studies, Sub-Study 1 will have a randomized, placebo controlled period 1 followed by a lutikizumab treatment period 2 enrolling 80 participants at a 1 to 1 ratio. In Sub-Study 1, participants will receive subcutaneous (SC) injections of lutikizumab or matching placebo every other week for 16 weeks followed by an additional 32 weeks of subcutaneous (SC) injections of lutikizumab every other week for a total of 52 weeks. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. The purpose of this study is to assess how safe telisotuzumab vedotin is in adult participants with NSCLC. Change in disease activity and adverse events will be assessed. Telisotuzumab vedotin is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. Participants will be randomly assigned a treatment of telisotuzumab vedotin in 1 of 3 arms at an 1:1:1 ratio. Each group receives intravenous (IV) infusion of telisotuzumab vedotin at different doses. Approximately 150 adult participants with c-Met overexpressing NSCLC will be enrolled in the study at approximately 70 to 80 sites worldwide. Participants will receive IV telisotuzumab vedotin at 1 of 3 dose regimens as part of a 3 year study duration. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting disease that causes severe inflammation (redness, swelling), in the digestive tract, most frequently affecting the bowels. It can cause many different symptoms including belly pain, diarrhea, tiredness, and weight loss. Treatments are available but do not work the same for all patients or may stop working over time. This study will evaluate the effectiveness and adverse events of targeted therapies (TaTs) for adult participants with moderate to severe CD. The medicines assessed in this study are risankizumab, ABBV-382 and lutikizumab. When participants join the study, they will be randomized into available study treatment groups. Adult participants with CD will be enrolled. Around 500 participants will be enrolled in the study at approximately 300 sites worldwide. Risankizumab and ABBV-382 are given as an injection under the skin or as an infusion into the vein. Lutikizumab is given as an injection under the skin. Each group includes a 12-week induction period, a 12-week maintenance period, and an optional long-term extension period where medication will be given after the maintenance period. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care treatment without participating in this study. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, endoscopies, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires and a daily diary.

This is a randomized, open-label study in adult patients who have completed standard first line therapy for large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) and achieved a complete response or partial response suitable for observation, but who have minimal residual disease (MRD) as detected by the Foresight CLARITY™ Investigational Use Only (IUO) MRD test, powered by PhasED-Seq™. The purpose of the trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of consolidation with cemacabtagene ansegedleucel (cema-cel), an allogeneic CD19 CAR T product, as compared to standard of care observation. The study is conducted in 2 consecutive parts that will be enrolled continuously. In Part A of the study, participants with MRD are randomized to one of two treatment arms or an observation arm. Treatment includes cema-cel following a lymphodepletion regimen of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide administered with or without the anti-CD52 monoclonal antibody, ALLO-647. Part A will culminate with the selection of the lymphodepletion regimen to advance to Part B. Part B will evaluate the selected lymphodepletion regimen followed by cema-cel as compared with observation.
