Improvement of the kappa agreement score between preoperative and postoperative assessment of stage and grade in non-muscle-invasive bladder tumors.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You are currently taking blood thinners or long-term NSAIDs, and have not stopped them before the cystoscopy.You are 21 years old or older, no matter if you are a man or a woman.You have been diagnosed with bladder cancer.You have bladder tumors that are not invasive and have not spread to the muscles, and there has been at least a 12-month gap since your last occurrence.You have bladder tumors that look flat and wide, possibly at an advanced stage.You have been diagnosed with a specific type of bladder cancer that affects the prostatic urethra or upper urinary tract.You have had bladder tumors that have grown into the muscles or spread beyond the bladder.
