- This study is not looking for participants with cancers that typically occur in adults, like lung or prostate cancer.If you are a young adult and meet any of the following criteria, it means you may have significant needs for supportive or end-of-life care:You have a medical condition where there is less than a 50% chance of being free from events or complications for the next five years.
- Group 1: Arm II (TMV+P)
- Group 2: Arm I (TMV)
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

"This clinical trial is enrolling 123 paediatric patients with a malignant neoplasm aged between 11 and 24. To be eligible, the young adult must have one consistent parent available for involvement in all parental and evaluation sessions; they must also possess an initial or relapsed cancer diagnosis which requires moderate to high-intensity chemotherapy over 3-5 consecutive days as well as not being married or having any children. Furthermore, it is essential that their estimated 5 year event free survival rate remains below 50%, while their Karnofsky/Lansky score should exceed 50%. Finally, fluency in English is indispensable when applying for this study."
