Group I: Amplification with added soundActive Control1 Intervention
Hearing aid will be fit to prescribed participant hearing loss and an added sound will be activated on the hearing aid.
Group II: Amplification-onlyActive Control1 Intervention
Hearing aid will be fit to prescribed participant hearing loss.
Group III: No interventionActive Control1 Intervention
Participants will return to their original unaided state.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- Only people who cannot use hearing aids are eligible.You have no hearing problems.You need a hearing aid to help you hear better.You have hearing problems.You may need a hearing aid to help you hear better.You have experienced constant ringing in your ears that has lasted for at least 3 months and is causing discomfort.You have had ringing in your ears for less than three months.You have tinnitus, but it does not bother you enough to require treatment.
Research Study Groups:
This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Amplification with added sound
- Group 2: Amplification-only
- Group 3: No intervention

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
